How to Apply for a Ventura Project?

Currently you cannot apply for one of the Ventura Projects. As soon as the call for entries for the next Ventura Project is scheduled, it will appear on this page of our website. In order to stay completely up to date, you can easily subscribe to our newsletters and press releases about Ventura Lambrate, Ventura Interieur and future Ventura Projects.

 

How to prepare your application for a Ventura Project?

Exhibitors wanting to participate in a Ventura Project are kindly asked to officially apply through sending an email, in English, to: milano(at)organisationindesign.com when the call for entries is opened.

Please note that your email must contain the following information:

  1. DETAILED CONCEPT of the project that the exhibitors would like to present;
  2. At least 3 VISUALS of the project mentioned above (photographs, sketches, renderings, …);
  3. PROFILE of the applying exhibitor and or CV and PORTFOLIO;
  4. Requirements of the location desired: – min. and max. square meters;
    .                                                          – budget indication (max. budget for the rent of the space);
    .                                                          – any other special needs regarding the location;
  5. Any other information available that might be useful for the selection process.

After receiving the complete application, Organisation in Design will confirm receipt of the materials within one week. Please do understand that the time needed for the selection process depends on the amount of applications received. In any case Organisation in Design will update you about the stage of the selection process, not earlier than 4 weeks from the confirmation of receipt of the application material.
